About Me

Hello there! I'm Naomi

I started Anthropologist in Heels because I wanted to share my passion for anthropology with middle and high school teachers like you. What's great about anthropology is that it explores everything that makes us human, from our bodies and languages to our buried history and diverse cultures. Our curriculum is versatile and can be used for both science and social studies. If you have students who are new English learners, we've got you covered with bilingual products in Arabic, Ukrainian, Persian, Spanish, Turkish, and even Urdu.

Our students come from all around the world, so we believe it's important to include some of their native languages in our products to help them learn English. Anthropology is like a thrilling adventure that helps us understand who we are, how we got here, and where we're going. My curriculum is designed to bring this exciting journey to your classroom, making learning enjoyable and inspiring your students to explore what makes each of us unique and connected. Let's embark on this educational adventure together!

If you visit my store on Teachers Pay Teachers, you will find curriculum designed for middle and high school students. The topics very from indigenous people studies, bi-lingual ESL curriculum, and evolution. I try to create products that are completely original, meet NGSS science standards, and give you a fresh lesson plan. There are always new ways of teaching old content, and as we are living in a world where information continuously builds upon itself, we can enliven old stuff with new discoveries. That is what my content is all about.

The past year has seen a surge of interest in my store's offerings, and I'm truly grateful for your support. I'm excited to share my journey and expertise with you, whether you're a fellow educator or someone curious about anthropology. Feel free to explore, engage, and if there's a specific product you'd like to see, don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for joining me on this exciting adventure, and here's to learning and growing together!
